Identity and lineage coaching
The pattern did not start with you.
You notice it in the boundary you keep abandoning, the way you disappear into other people's needs, or the reaction that arrives before you've had time to choose.
I work with people to trace these repeating responses through their relationships and family histories, understand what they once protected, and begin to respond with more choice.
A complimentary private conversation to explore what is repeating and whether this work is right for you.

When a small moment carries an older meaning
You say no to a family request. You have a good reason. Yet you spend the evening feeling guilty, rehearsing explanations and wondering who will hear about your answer.
Sometimes the difficulty lies in what saying no has come to mean: ingratitude, disloyalty, or distance from people you love. A choice in the present can carry the weight of what that choice meant in your family.
Survival then, cost now
Reading the room may have protected you.Now it keeps you from knowing what you want.
Needing little may have protected you.Now it keeps intimacy at a distance.
Being strong may have protected you.Now no one knows where you hurt.
Staying useful may have protected you.Now rest feels unsafe.
A return
to yourself
We approach that history without blame, with respect for what protected you. A response that once helped you belong does not have to make every choice for you.
Reclamation means making room for what you feel and want in the choices you make. That can begin with asking directly for help, resting without first earning it, or holding a boundary while familiar guilt is still there. Change takes practice in the relationships and ordinary moments where the pattern returns.
Nabad means pulse in Arabic. Beneath the roles you learned to carry, something of you remained. This work is a return to that pulse.

I'm Christina
I learned early to read rooms, adapt and become acceptable. Later, I began to recognize that some of what I had called my personality was protection.
That experience shapes how I listen. Public health taught me to look beyond an isolated symptom; coaching taught me to stay beside someone with structure, care and direction. I listen for what shaped a response, what has kept it alive and what it once protected.
AboutNabad Private
A month of private coaching, shaped around the pattern you bring and how it appears in your relationships, family life or sense of yourself.
Explore Nabad Private- Four weekly private sessions by secure video call.
- WhatsApp support between sessions.
- Written reflections and pattern-mapping material created around what we uncover together.
At the end of the month, we review what has changed, what has become visible and what still needs support. Some people finish there; others choose to continue.
Writing
These questions also run through my writing: what a family passes down, how protection becomes part of identity, and what happens when the life you are living no longer feels familiar.
The Pattern
You Did Not Choose
When a way of protecting yourself begins to feel like your personality, how do you begin to tell the difference?
